CheckMade is the field app used by sanitary crews working behind the
scenes at large-scale music festivals. If your trade lead or production
manager has invited you to CheckMade, this is the app you use on site
to receive your tasks, report what you find, and keep everyone on the
same page.

WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP

• Receive tasks assigned to you — toilet and shower checks, cleaning
rounds, consumables restocking, container and water/sewage point
inspections. Each task tells you what to do, where, and by when.
• Report issues from the field — blockages, water outages, damage,
anything that needs a technician. Snap a photo, add a short
description, submit.
• Track status in real time — open, in progress, completed. Your
trade lead sees the same picture you do, without anyone having to
phone, radio or message a status update.
• See your home view — your current assignments, what is due, what is
escalating across the sanitary trade.

CheckMade replaces that patchwork with one structured system. Every
report carries its location, its facility and its responsible role.
Every task is documented from creation to completion. Trade leads in
the production office and crews on the ground work from the same
live source of truth.

BUILT FOR FIELD CONDITIONS

CheckMade is designed for fast, unambiguous use outdoors, often under
time pressure, on personal devices, with mixed mobile coverage. Short
sessions, one-handed use, glance-and-go information. No clutter, no
deep menus.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR

CheckMade is a B2B tool used by festival production teams and their
sanitary subcontractors. You will only be able to sign in if your
production team has rolled out CheckMade and given you a role. If
that is not the case, the app will not be useful to you on its own.
