WorldDigital turns your Android tablet into a broadcast screen you control from the
web. From a single console, push images, videos, PDFs and web pages to your screens,
kiosks and displays — live or on a schedule.

The player app runs in kiosk mode: once the device is enrolled with your organisation,
it picks up the current broadcast and plays it full-screen, with no local action
needed. Screens refresh in 1.5 seconds, wake lock keeps them awake, and a local media
cache keeps playback running through short network drops.

── Run everything from the worlddigital.fr panel ─────────────────────

• Screen fleet: track online / offline status, last sync and installed version.
• Media library: images, videos, PDFs and web URLs, within a per-licence quota.
• Broadcast and scheduling: publish immediately or plan over a period, screen by
screen or by group.
• Multi-site and multi-tenant: strict isolation per organisation, per site and per
entity, with dedicated licences and modules.
• Access and security: Microsoft Entra ID SSO or email accounts with TOTP two-factor
authentication, permission-level rights.
• Monitoring: fleet health, audit log, delivery events, webhooks.

── What sets this app apart ──────────────────────────────────────────

• Zero-config enrolment: the device asks to join your organisation; you approve it
from the panel. No code to type on the tablet.
• PIN-protected kiosk: local settings (language, orientation, media cache, reset) are
reachable only to authorised staff via a long-press on the top-right corner.
• Runs on Android boxes, tablets, iPads, Linux mini-PCs and any browser: same
broadcast, same console.
• MDM-friendly (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, SOTI, Scalefusion…) for
large-scale deployment and version reporting.
• Five UI languages built in: French, English, German, Italian, Chinese.

── Where teams use it ────────────────────────────────────────────────

• Storefronts and concept stores: refresh product displays weekly.
• Receptions and lobbies: welcome messages, meeting-room schedules.
• Food service: menus, promotions, wait times.
• Showrooms and trade shows: coordinated multi-screen playback.
• Workshops and warehouses: safety instructions, production dashboards.

── Trial and subscription ────────────────────────────────────────────

A 14-day trial workspace (3 screens, 100 MB of media) is available with no credit
card from worlddigital.fr. Beyond that, billing is monthly per player with a
degressive scale as the fleet grows. No hardware lock-in — you keep ownership of
your tablets and boxes.

── Privacy ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

The app never asks for a personal account — the device is enrolled onto an
organisation by an administrator. No data is collected for advertising. Technical
data is transmitted only to the platform servers (worlddigital.fr), hosted in
France.
