Wellcast is a private, on-device mental health tracker that helps you understand your mood, test what actually helps, and see your progress over time — without sending a single byte of your data to the cloud.

WHY WELLCAST

Most mood trackers ask you to log your feelings and call it a day. Wellcast goes further: track one change at a time, and let your own data show you what's working. No guessing, no noise — just a clear signal between what you try and how you feel.

HOW IT WORKS

• Daily Check-Ins — A quick ~30-second mood check-in each day builds the foundation for everything else. Consistent, low-friction tracking means data you can actually trust.

• Validated Clinical Assessments — Wellcast uses three widely-used, clinically validated tools: PHQ-9 and MADRS-S for depression, and GAD-7 for anxiety. These are the same assessments mental health professionals use to track symptoms over time, brought into a self-tracking context.

• Test What Helps — Starting a new medication? Trying meditation, exercise, or a new sleep schedule? Log it as an intervention and track your adherence daily. After your baseline period, Wellcast shows you exactly how your assessment scores moved before and after, so you can see in your own data whether it's actually helping.

• Medication Tracking — Keep a simple record of what you're taking, at what dose, and how often, alongside your mood and assessment history, all in one place.

• Cycle-Aware Tracking (optional) — Track your menstrual cycle alongside your mood data to spot patterns you might otherwise miss.

• Visual Trends — Clean, interactive charts let you scrub through your history and see exactly how your mood and symptoms have moved over weeks and months.

• Gentle Reminders — Optional daily check-in and weekly assessment notifications keep your tracking consistent without being pushy.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

This is the part most apps can't say: Wellcast has no account, no login, and no server. Every piece of data you enter — mood logs, assessment answers, medications, cycle data — is stored only in a local database on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, shared, sold, or used for advertising. No analytics, no tracking, no third party, period.

Want a copy of your data? Export everything as a CSV file, any time, with one tap. Want it gone? Delete all your data permanently, any time, in Settings.

WHO IT'S FOR

Wellcast is built for adults who want to take an active, structured role in understanding their own mental health — whether you're managing an existing diagnosis, working with a therapist or psychiatrist, or simply trying to figure out what actually helps you feel better.

WHAT WELLCAST IS NOT

Wellcast is a personal self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Assessment scores are for personal insight only — always talk to a licensed healthcare provider about your mental health. If you are in crisis, Wellcast provides direct links to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, Crisis Text Line, and SAMHSA, but it is not a substitute for emergency care.

GET STARTED

Onboarding takes just a few minutes. Set up your profile, complete your baseline assessments, and start your first daily check-in today. Two weeks from now, you'll have a clearer picture of your mood than ever before. Six weeks from now, you might know exactly what's helping.

Track honestly. Test deliberately. Keep it private. That's Wellcast.
