Arkive is a secure file encryption app that protects your files before they reach the cloud.

With Arkive, you can encrypt files directly on your Android device using strong AES-256 encryption, ensuring your data stays private and secure. Once encrypted, files can be safely stored locally on your device or uploaded to Google Drive for backup and access anywhere.

Your original content is never exposed — it can only be accessed and decrypted using your secret key.

Why Arkive?

Cloud storage is convenient, but privacy should remain in your control. Arkive adds a powerful layer of protection by encrypting files before they are stored or shared, so even if your cloud storage is compromised, your data remains unreadable and secure.

Key Features:
• AES-256 file encryption for industry-grade security
• Encrypt-before-upload workflow for maximum privacy
• Save encrypted files locally (Downloads folder) or upload to Google Drive
• Seamless Google Drive integration for secure cloud backups
• Large file support with memory-efficient chunked processing
• Secure key handling using device-level protected storage
• Reliable decryption with clear error handling for incorrect keys or corrupted files

How it Works:
1. Select a file from your device
2. Encrypt it using your secret key
3. Save the encrypted file locally or upload it to Google Drive
4. Decrypt anytime using the correct key to restore the original file

Arkive is designed for students, professionals, creators, and anyone who values privacy for personal and sensitive files. Whether it’s documents, media, or confidential data, Arkive ensures your information stays protected at all times.
