You saved a workout on Instagram. Two weeks later, you cannot find it. It is somewhere in a folder of hundreds of saved Reels, next to recipes and dog videos. FitClips fixes that. Import a video from Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, and FitClips turns it into a set of exercise clips you can actually search.

IMPORT IN ONE STEP
- Paste a link from Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.
- Or tap Share inside those apps and choose FitClips.
- Instagram carousel posts with several videos come in as a single workout.

EVERY EXERCISE, SEPARATED
- FitClips splits an imported workout into individual exercise clips.
- Each clip is named with the exercise it shows.
- Equipment is detected automatically: dumbbells, mat, bands, reformer, chair and more.

YOUR LIBRARY
- Browse and search every exercise you have imported.
- Filter by body part and by equipment.
- Prefer to just keep the video? Use Save link only and skip clip generation.

FOLDERS
- Group workouts and single exercises into folders that match how you train.
- A folder for legs, one for travel days, one for the class you keep repeating.

WEEKLY PLAN
- Drag workouts and exercises onto days of the week.
- Open your plan, see what today is, tap the clip and go.

SUGGESTIONS
- A hand-picked set of workouts from real creators, browsable in the app.
- Suggestions are watch-only. They open in Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, so the view goes to the creator who made them.

ABOUT CREATORS
FitClips does not host or re-upload creator videos. Clips are generated into your own private library from the links you choose to import, and curated Suggestions always open in the app they came from.

FitClips requires a subscription. There is no free version.
