Time2Sweat is a powerful yet easy-to-use workout timer and fitness tracker designed to keep you focused and motivated during every workout session.

EXERCISES
Create and manage your exercises organized by equipment category — Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, Machines, Bodyweight, Bands, Cables, and more. For each exercise, configure the number of sets, set duration, rest period, and prepare phase. Machine exercises support both pound and percentage-based weight tracking. Add personal notes to any exercise for form cues, weight targets, or reminders.

ROUTINES
Build custom routines by combining your exercises in any order. Time2Sweat automatically calculates the total workout duration so you always know how long your session will take. Each routine tracks when it was created and when it was last run.

SMART TIMER
The full-featured workout timer guides you through every phase of your routine — Prepare, Workout, and Rest — with clear visual and audio cues. Features include:

Configurable countdown types: Numbered (spoken), Beeps, or Drag Race
Audible countdown in the final seconds of each phase
Weight adjustment buttons during rest phases
Next exercise preview with weight information
Progressive overload recommendations based on your rep history
Notes displayed during the prepare phase
Portrait and landscape support
Screen stays on during workouts
Background operation with notification controls

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
Track your progress with three calculation methods — Simple (average of last 3 sets), Lowest Set, or Double Progression. Color-coded recommendations appear during rest phases to tell you when to increase, decrease, or maintain your current weight.

QUICK TIMER
Need a simple countdown without a full routine? The Quick Timer lets you set the number of sets and duration for a fast, no-frills workout session.

WORKOUT LOG
Every set is automatically logged with weight and reps completed. Browse your history by date to track your progress over time.

STATISTICS
View your weekly volume compared to the previous week, broken down by equipment category and individual exercise. Personal bests are tracked for each exercise based on your highest single-session volume.

SETTINGS
Customize your experience with configurable preparation time, countdown type, progressive overload method, and timer phase colors. Export your data to a JSON backup file and import it on a new device — your workout history goes with you.
