HarvestTime is the field companion to HarvestingPro, bringing crew timecard management to your pocket. Built for forestry operators and supervisors who work where cell service doesn't.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
Create detailed timecards on-site — even offline. HarvestTime caches your projects, blocks, equipment, and activity data so your crew can log hours from any cut block without skipping a beat. Everything syncs automatically when connectivity returns.

LOG HOURS WITH PRECISION
Allocate time across projects, blocks, and equipment with a structured entry flow that mirrors how your crew actually works:
• Select projects and blocks for the day
• Assign equipment used per block
• Break down hours by activity
• Track travel time and secondary activities like safety briefings

SUPERVISOR APPROVALS ON THE GO
Supervisors can review, approve, or reject submitted timecards directly from their device. Bulk approve multiple timecards at once during busy periods. Required comments on rejections keep communication clear.

REAL-TIME TIME TRACKING
A visual allocation tracker shows hours entered versus the workday total, helping operators catch discrepancies before submitting.

WORKS WITH HARVESTINGPRO
HarvestTime connects to your existing HarvestingPro account. Projects, equipment, blocks, and crew data flow directly from the platform — no duplicate setup required. Learn more at harvestingpro.com.
