Crisis IG helps users find support resources, self-care information, safety education, and community guidance in one organized app and website.

When life becomes stressful, unfamiliar, or urgent, it can be difficult to know where to start. Crisis IG was built to help individuals, families, students, travelers, young adults, advocates, and communities explore support-focused information in one accessible place.

Whether you are away from home, helping someone else, attending a large event, living independently, visiting an unfamiliar city, or looking for safety and wellness-related information, Crisis IG gives you a place to begin.

With Crisis IG, users can:

• Browse crisis and community support resource listings
• Search resource categories by location or topic
• View local, national, and global resource information
• Save and pin important resource listings for quick access
• Share helpful resource information with others
• Use supported smartwatch-connected features where available
• Access self-care and wellness education tools
• Explore human trafficking awareness and support-resource information
• Read community safety and awareness content
• Explore educational safety and de-escalation content where available
• Submit useful resource information for review
• Report incorrect or outdated resource details
• Use the website if they prefer browser access

Crisis IG is designed to grow as a community-powered support-resource platform. Users can help improve the resource network by submitting missing information or corrections, while review tools help protect quality before updates are accepted.

The app may also include engagement features such as DIG Discover, favorites, rewards, optional mini-games, supporter tools, and sponsor-supported content. These features are designed to encourage return visits, community participation, and long-term sustainability while keeping support-resource information at the center of the experience.
