SmarterBay is Metro Motor's purpose-built app for vehicle inspection video. It is made for the people doing the work in the bay — technicians and service advisors at Metro Motor's 23 shops across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.

BUILT FOR TECHNICIANS
Record a short video of the concern you find on a vehicle — a worn brake pad, a leaking gasket, uneven tire wear. SmarterBay's camera is tuned for quick, one-handed capture in the bay, so you can document a finding in seconds and get back to the work.

AI DOES THE BUSYWORK
Once you upload, SmarterBay uses AI to identify the concern in your video, match it to relevant educational clips, and add clean Metro Motor branding. The finished, customer-ready video is assembled automatically — no editing, no extra apps.

CUSTOMERS ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND
A short, clear video showing the real problem on their own vehicle builds trust far better than a line item on an estimate. SmarterBay delivers the finished video so your customer can see exactly what you saw.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Get a push notification the moment a video finishes processing or needs your review, so nothing sits waiting. Browse your shop's videos, check status, and pick up where you left off.

MADE FOR THE SHOP, NOT THE SHOWROOM
SmarterBay is a focused internal tool. There are no ads, no tracking, and your data is never sold. It connects to the Metro Motor platform your shop already uses.
