Kelma puts your AI support agents in your pocket.

Your agents answer customers on your website, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram,
Telegram, SMS and email around the clock. This app is where you keep an eye on
them — and step in when a real person is needed.

INBOX
See every conversation across every agent and channel in one list. Switch
between everything, what needs a person, what's yours and what nobody has
picked up — then narrow by status or agent. Search any word anyone has said,
including the contact details a lead left behind.

STEP IN MID-CHAT
Read the full transcript — including any photo the customer sent — then reply
as yourself. The agent goes quiet the moment you do and stays quiet until you
hand it back. Saved replies fill in the customer's details as you insert them,
and you can dictate a reply instead of typing it. Hand the conversation to a
teammate when it's theirs.

LEADS
Every contact your agents capture, newest first — with the conversation that
produced them. Tap to call or email without leaving the app.

AGENTS
Check how each agent is set up, adjust its name, greeting and instructions, and
test a question through the real pipeline to see exactly which of your content
the answer came from. Add a PDF, Word file or spreadsheet to what it knows. Show
someone its QR code to start a chat on the spot.

INSIGHTS
How much your agents handle without a person, conversations and leads per day,
what people ask about most, and which channels they arrive through. Knowledge
gaps lists the questions your agents couldn't answer from your own content —
the shortest route to making them better.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get told when a visitor asks for a human, a chat is handed to you, a lead comes
in or a booking lands. Choose which of those are worth interrupting you, per
person — your choices follow your account, not the device.

TEAMS
Switch between workspaces you belong to. Invite teammates as admins or agents,
and limit an agent to the specific bots they cover. Roles are enforced on the
server, so the app only shows what you can actually do.

Light or dark, your choice or the phone's.

Kelma is built for the people running the agents: owners, admins and support
agents. It works alongside the web dashboard at kelma.chat — same account, same
data, live either way.

You need a Kelma account to use this app. Sign in with Google or a code sent to
your email; there's no password to lose.
