Your check has a dozen moving parts. Payroll only has to miss one.

Straight time, OT1, OT2, per diem, meal tickets, mileage — and one clerical error at the office costs you a day you already worked. LineVault is where you write it down the day it happens, so you can prove it.

Built by a 10-year lineman still in the field. Not a payroll company.

LineVault is the go-to hub for the electrical trade.

TRACK — pay and overtime, built for how the trade actually gets paid

COMMUNITY — storm work, pay questions, callout tips, union talk and gear

JOBS — storm, contract, full-time and temporary work, with the pay rate and per diem right on the card

RESOURCES — plain-language guides on OT multipliers, callout rights, fuse charts, storm deployment, taxes, gear, and all things electrical.

THE PAY TRACKER

You should know what your check is going to be before it hits your account. LineVault is built for how linemen and electricians actually get paid — not how a generic time app thinks you get paid.

● Log Regular, OT1 and OT2 hours in the same day, each with its own base rate and custom multiplier — 1.5×, 2.0× and beyond. Union and non-union structures alike.
● Start and finish times, including nights that roll past midnight. Night and weekend differentials apply to every hour worked.
● Per diem, meal tickets, mileage and miscellaneous pay — each with its own taxable / non-taxable toggle. Non-taxable reimbursements land in your take-home at full value.
● Set your take-home percentage once, and every period shows an estimated gross and an estimated take-home.
● Set a goal in gross dollars or OT hours per period and watch the bar fill shift by shift.
● Full YTD breakdown — gross, days, hours, average per period, and your OT take rate.

LOG YOUR CALLOUTS — TAKEN AND DECLINED

Your position on the list depends on a record you can produce. Log the hours offered and whether you took it or turned it down in about ten seconds. Even at 3am.
