BuildPunch is field-first construction project management built for superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors who need to get work done on the jobsite — not behind a desk.

CAPTURE THE JOB
• Snap jobsite photos with your phone or tablet — attach GPS location, notes, and who took each shot
• Upload hundreds of photos at once with a live progress counter
• Every photo is timestamped and tagged to a project, area, or punch item

PUNCH LISTS THAT ACTUALLY GET CLOSED
• Create punch items with photos, assignees, due dates, and status
• Assign work to your crew or invited subcontractors
• Track every status change with a full history
• Kanban, calendar, grid, and list views

DRAWINGS & MARKUP
• Upload PDF plan sets and view them full-screen
• Mark up drawings with pen, lines, shapes, arrows, and text
• Drop pins on the plan to link punch items to exact locations
• Measure distances and areas right on the drawing
• Version tracking so you always know which sheet is current

DAILY REPORTS WITH SHAREABLE PDFs
• Build a daily field report in minutes — weather, crew, and photos
• Pick which photos go in, keep or edit each caption
• Export a professional PDF with one tap
• Share a link — anyone with the link opens the report, no login needed

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Works offline — capture in the field, syncs automatically when you reconnect
• Time tracking with clock-in/out and optional GPS
• Inspections, RFIs, submittals, safety incidents, and meeting minutes
• Phone, tablet, and web — your data everywhere

FLAT, HONEST PRICING
• Simple monthly plans — no percentage of your construction volume, ever
• Invited subcontractors use the platform free
• Scale up or down anytime, no annual lock-in
• AES-256 encryption on every plan

Whether you're closing out a punch list, marking up a drawing, or firing off today's field report, BuildPunch keeps your whole team on the same page.
