C-O-G-S is the operating system for medical device distributors — the sales orders, the loaner trays, the cases and the commissions, in one place, on the phone the rep already carries.

CAPTURE THE CASE WHERE IT HAPPENS
Scan the charge sheet with the document scanner. Edge detection, page after page, and the handwriting is read for you — catalogue numbers, lot numbers, quantities, the PO. You check the figures rather than typing them.

PATIENT DATA IS HANDLED PROPERLY
The patient label is cut out of the sheet into a separate protected record and whited out of every copy that leaves your organization. Who may see a patient identifier is decided by role and enforced by the database, not by hiding a button. Every disclosure is written to a log that cannot be edited or deleted.

ORDERS THROUGH TO PAYMENT
Send the order to the manufacturer and the sheet to the hospital, from your own mailbox. Track the purchase order from requested to received to invoiced. Reconcile what each manufacturer has paid against what is owed, and build rep commission statements from the same figures.

LOANER TRAYS AND INVENTORY
Request a set, assign a specific tray, print a label, ship it. Both halves of every handoff are signed, so there is no moment where a tray belongs to nobody. Call sets back, count them in, and raise a bill for what did not come home.

THE SURGERY BOARD
Schedule cases, assign the team, and carry what the case needs straight through into a set request. Everyone on the case hears when the date moves.

WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL
Hospitals have basements. Orders you capture are held on the phone and send themselves when you are back on a signal.

BUILT FOR A COMPANY, NOT A PERSON
Accounts are created by your organization. Roles decide what each person sees — reps, the office, inventory, billing, accounting, auditors — and the rules are enforced in the database rather than in the interface.
