STRYV builds your training plan and your meal plan around you, then coaches you through both.

Tell it your goal, your schedule and what you have to train with. It writes a programme with real sessions, sets and reps, and a meal plan with the calories and macros to match. Every exercise comes with a body figure showing exactly which muscles it works, front or back.

The coach is not a chatbot that only talks. Ask it to swap an exercise, change your sets, move a session to another day or log a meal, and it shows you exactly what it wants to change. Nothing happens until you tap to confirm, and you can undo it.

Got your own programme? Build your own sessions with any exercise from the library, put them on any day, and run them alongside the plan. Or pause the AI plan and run only yours.

Nutrition is quick. Scan a barcode, photograph a plate, or type it in. Your calories, macros and water sit on one screen and the next meal is the first thing you see.

Once a week, check in. Weight, sleep, energy, a note about how it went. The coach reads it and tells you what it makes of the numbers, right there and in the chat.
