Overcome is a recovery intelligence platform with two sides: a companion for the person in recovery, and the tool the professional can monitor and manage their clients from.

FOR YOUR RECOVERY
Track the days since starting your recovery, notice what you're carrying, and — the part most apps skip — share it with a real coach or counsellor who actually looks.

- Count your days, milestones, and what you've saved in time and money, in your own currency.
- Check in daily on mood, cravings, sleep, energy and more — under a minute, and the basis for everything else.
- Ride out an urge with an in-the-moment tool, plus a toolkit of grounding, breathing and HALT techniques.
- Journal and work through a guided workbook, by text or voice.
- Let AI see your patterns in weekly and monthly reflections that read your own check-ins back to you.

FOR COACHES, COUNSELLORS & RECOVERY CENTRES
Manage all your clients seamlessly, and let AI surface the insights and patterns that help you help them.

- Every client at a glance, with key indicators.
- Track check-ins, patterns and the week's story, ready in seconds.
- Document session notes quickly, kept with each client's history.
- Let AI advise you. Overcome reads each client's patterns and surfaces insights — what's shifting, what's working, where to look next.
- See what drives their urges — the triggers behind each craving, not just that it happened.
- Monitor every client's overall health metric, and see at a glance who hasn't checked in.
- Build your own programs and assign them to clients — structured, step by step.
- Choose from hundreds of pre-loaded exercises and techniques and assign them in a tap.
- Set tasks and stay on top of your week with a built-in calendar.

Clients stay in control of their data, and nothing is shared until they connect to you.

YOUR PRIVACY
What clients write is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Data can be exported and deleted from inside the app, and what a connected professional sees is described before anyone connects.

IMPORTANT
Overcome is a recovery-support and practice tool. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

Overcome is for adults, 18 and over.
