Know what your work is worth.

Worthward helps hourly and shift workers record their work, estimate gross earnings, and understand how their pay adds up. Keep your schedule, recorded shifts, and pay rules together, with a clear breakdown of your estimates.

TRACK YOUR WORK
Set up separate workplaces with their own pay rules and work history. Build a repeating weekly schedule, adjust individual shifts when plans change, and record the hours you actually worked. Track paid leave and unpaid absences alongside your shifts.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PAY
Estimate earnings using your base rate and supported overtime, shift differential, and holiday pay rules. See the hours and pay components behind each estimate. Save pay-rule changes with effective dates so you can keep track of which rules apply to your work.

PLAN YOUR NEXT PAYCHECK
Forecast gross earnings for a pay period using expected shifts. Bring in your usual schedule, make adjustments, and explore the week ahead. Planned work stays separate from the shifts you record as completed.

KEEP YOUR RECORDS HANDY
Review your earnings history, export records to CSV, and create or restore a portable backup.

GO FURTHER WITH WORTHWARD PRO
The optional, one-time Pro purchase adds tools to compare pay policies and schedules, compare actual earnings with forecasts, and check a paycheck against your work records. Import a paystub image or PDF, review the extracted details, and investigate differences.

Core shift tracking, pay calculations, earnings history, and basic forecasting are available without Pro. No Worthward account is required. No ads or subscriptions.

Worthward estimates gross earnings from the information and rules you enter. Estimates do not include take-home taxes or deductions and do not replace your employer's payroll records.
