Every restaurant system records the shift. PreShifter runs it.

Pre-shift meetings get skipped. The 86 list changes at 7pm and nobody tells the floor. The new server doesn't know what's in the sauce. Information dies between the kitchen and the dining room, and it costs you covers, checks, and comps.

PreShifter is the real-time operating system for restaurant teams. One app for the whole shift: before, during, and after service.

BUILD A PRE-SHIFT BRIEF IN MINUTES
Stop reading off a clipboard. Build your pre-shift in the app and push it to the entire team. Specials, 86'd items, VIPs, section notes, service priorities. Every server, bartender, and busser walks in already knowing the plan.

IT UPDATES LIVE
The brief is not a PDF. It is a living document. Kitchen 86's the halibut at 8:40 and the floor knows at 8:40. Change the special, add a note, flag a VIP table, and the update hits every phone instantly.

TEAM CHAT THAT ACTUALLY GETS READ
Real two-way communication for your staff. No more group texts that half the team muted. No more taped notes in the service well. Managers reach the floor, the floor reaches back.

MENU KNOWLEDGE ON THE FLOOR
Allergens, ingredients, prep, and upsell notes in your team's pocket. A server who knows the menu sells more of it and comps less of it. New hires get up to speed in days instead of months.

NOTIFICATIONS FOR LIVE SERVICE
Push alerts for the things that can't wait. Your team gets the message during the shift, not after it.

COVERS THE ENTIRE SHIFT LIFECYCLE
Pre-shift, mid-shift, post-shift. Set the plan, run the service, close the loop.

BUILT BY RESTAURANT PEOPLE
PreShifter was built by an operator with 15+ years on the floor in New York City. Every screen was designed for a phone in an apron pocket during a Saturday night rush, not a laptop in a back office.

WHO IT'S FOR
Restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, and hospitality groups. General managers, restaurant managers, chefs, bar managers, sommeliers, servers, bartenders, hosts, and back of house teams. Single locations and multi-unit groups.

WHERE IT SITS
PreShifter doesn't replace your POS, your payroll, or your scheduling app. It sits on top of them and runs the layer none of them touch: the shift itself.

WHAT YOU GET
- Faster team alignment before every service
- Higher check averages from a floor that knows the menu
- Fewer mistakes, fewer comps, fewer allergen incidents
- Hours back for your managers every single week
- New staff trained faster and retained longer

The shift is the most important hour in your business. Run it like it.
