You know the spiral.

Something goes wrong — or nothing does — and your mind starts replaying it. The same thought, round and round. And here's the part that hurts: you know good things happened. You just can't reach them. Not because they weren't real. Because loops block access to your own life.

That's what overstimulation does. Constant input keeps the brain alert and scattered. Negativity sticks. Wins slip away — especially when you need them most.

Rosehip is built for that gap.

WHEN THE LOOP HITS — PRESS PULSE
Morning dread. Midday shame spiral. Lying awake while your brain won't stop. Pulse is for those moments — day or night, whenever the loop catches you. It reaches into the wins you've been stacking and reflects them back as concrete evidence: your real moments, not motivational quotes. An interrupt when your mind is least able to help itself.

YOUR VAULT
Every win you keep lives here — a private, growing archive of what actually mattered. The more you stack, the more Pulse has to draw from when you need it.

THE NIGHT RITUAL — HOW YOU BUILD IT
Loops don't wait for you to be ready. So Rosehip gives you one small nightly anchor: keep one real win from your day, then a short tactile grounding exercise before sleep. Same few minutes. Every night. Small on purpose — if you've bounced off big journaling habits, this is the version that sticks. Over weeks it compounds: attention trains, wins encode, your Vault fills.

Not productivity. Not performance. A place to land at night — so you have something real to reach for when the loop returns tomorrow.

WHAT MAKES ROSEHIP DIFFERENT
• Two moments, one system: stack evidence at night, deploy it whenever you spiral.
• Your own proof — not affirmations, not a chatbot diary.
• Quiet by design: no feeds, no streak shaming, no noise.

ROSEHIP+
The night ritual and your Vault are free, always. Rosehip+ keeps the interrupt within reach and the habit alive:
• Pulse when you need it (fair use, 30 sessions/month)
