RAS Mobile is the internal app for Recovery Advisers employees. It requires an account issued by Recovery Advisers – there is no public sign-up, and it is not the client portal.

With RAS Mobile, case handlers and field agents can:

• Browse and search their assigned cases and see the latest status, notes and recoveries
• Log activities, calls and follow-ups as they happen
• Record site and debtor visits in the field, with photos and voice notes as evidence
• Attach receipts and documents to a case straight from the camera
• Ask VERA, the built-in AI assistant, about their cases, dictate questions or talk to it by voice, and read AI summaries of a case
• Work offline – anything logged without a connection is queued and sent when you are back online
• Receive push notifications for assignments and updates
• Use the app in English, Arabic, Chinese or Korean, with light and dark themes

AI features
VERA's answers and case summaries are written by an AI provider working for Recovery Advisers. Messages, dictation and voice conversations with VERA are sent to that provider to produce the answer. AI can make mistakes, so check important details. AI answers can be reported as inaccurate, offensive or harmful from inside the app.

Permissions
Camera and photos are used only to attach evidence and documents to cases and to set a profile photo. The microphone is used for voice notes, dictation and voice conversations with VERA. Location is used, while the app is open, to record where a visit took place. Nothing is collected in the background.

Privacy
