CleanLog is the evidence and compliance app for performance-based cleaning contracts.

Turn work on site into records that service providers and clients can trust. CleanLog captures evidence as the work happens, tracks performance against contract requirements, and connects daily operations to the reports both sides review and sign.

VERIFIED EVIDENCE
• Supervisors, managers, and clients run inspections
• Cleaners complete assigned work and documented checklists
• Attach photos, notes, timestamps, and location-backed evidence
• Record attendance using GPS, QR, or NFC where enabled

WORK ORDERS AND RESOLUTION
• Clients and facility teams submit work requests and report issues
• Operations teams assign, manage, and resolve work orders
• Track status, priority, response time, and supporting evidence
• Surface overdue work before it breaches an SLA

COMPLIANCE AND OUTCOMES
• Track site performance against contract KPIs
• Review scores, exceptions, and the evidence behind them
• Give authorised contractor and client users the visibility they need
• Produce compliance reports for review and sign-off by both sides

ROLE-BASED OPERATIONS
• Cleaners see shifts, clock-in options, tasks, and checklists
• Supervisors and managers coordinate site operations and corrective work
• Clients inspect service quality, raise requests, and follow resolution
• Each role sees only the locations and information relevant to them

CleanLog is for organisations already using the CleanLog platform. Access is provided by your employer, service provider, or organisation; self-service account creation is not available in the app.
