ThryveField puts a countertop crew's whole day on one screen.

Crews stop chasing the office for paperwork, and the office stops chasing crews for updates. Jobs, quotes and claims live in one place, on the phone that is already in your pocket.

FOR INSTALL CREWS AND SUBCONTRACTORS

• See today's work the moment it is scheduled — customer, site, square footage, material and the crew assigned.
• Acknowledge a job in one tap.
• Company accounts see what a job pays before work starts. The full quote breaks down line by line, including install, tear out and add-on charges.
• Claim extra work on the spot. Pick a claim type, add the details and attach a photo taken right there.
• Track every claim from raised to decided, with the manager's own reason attached, and get an alert when your manager decides it.
• See what is waiting to be paid: work still waiting for its purchase order, and claims waiting for a decision.

FOR OPERATIONS MANAGERS

• See which jobs the crews have not acknowledged yet, and send them a reminder with a note.
• Add a note to a job for the subcontractor, or cancel an assignment.
• Adjust a job's quote before the crew acknowledges it.
• Approve, modify or deny a crew's claim, with a reason recorded against the decision, and raise a chargeback.
• See the claims and purchase orders that are still waiting on the Payments tab.

FITS THE WAY YOU ALREADY WORK

ThryveField sits alongside your existing scheduling and accounting systems rather than replacing them. Schedules and purchase orders stay where your business already keeps them, and stay the source of truth — ThryveField gives the crew a clear view of them in the field.
