Transform your phone or tablet into a workstation-grade engineering environment with Viber—the open-source, mobile-first AI agent terminal and pair programming studio.

Whether you’re on a train, in a café, or away from your desk, Viber bridges the gap between touch devices and serious software engineering. Connect directly to any Linux workstation, cloud VM, or Raspberry Pi over native SSH or Tailscale, and command cutting-edge AI coding agents inside a desktop-class terminal and editor designed specifically for mobile screens.

Why Developers Choose Viber:
🤖 Multi-Agent AI Pair Programming
Run leading autonomous coding agents natively over your shell—including Google Antigravity / Gemini CLI, Anthropic Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Pi CLI.

Multi-Tab Agent Sessions: Manage multiple agent runs concurrently in dedicated tabs.
Smart Turn Detection: Receive instant notifications when an agent completes a task or requests your input.
Agent Docs & Plans Drawer: Browse markdown specs, architectural plans, and CLI configs (~/.gemini, ~/.claude, ~/.codex) directly inside the chat interface.
⚡ Ghostty Web (WASM) Terminal Engine
Experience desktop-grade terminal performance on mobile powered by the Ghostty WebAssembly canvas engine:

Flicker-Free Soft Keyboard: Hardware-accelerated keyboard shifting ensures the terminal canvas never resizes, flashes, or drops your cursor when the virtual keyboard pops up.
Touch Momentum Scrolling: Native inertial gestures and automated tmux copy-mode integration.
Synchronized Output: True DEC synchronized updates (CSI ? 2026) eliminate visual tearing across TUIs, tmux panes, and vim buffers.
Mobile Accessory Bar: Quick-tap modifier keys (Ctrl, Esc, Tab, arrows, symbols) tailored for touch coding.
🖥️ Command Center & Host Vitals
Keep your finger on the pulse of your remote machine:

System Vitals: Monitor live CPU utilization, memory allocation, and system uptime.
Agent Constellation: Visualize running agent processes, active Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool calls, token metrics, and real-time execution logs.
Process & Port Inspector: Detect served web apps and active network ports, preview them in-app, or stop background services with a single tap.
💻 Offline-Ready Monaco Code Editor
Enjoy desktop-class code editing with zero compromise:

Fully integrated Monaco editor with syntax highlighting for dozens of languages, multi-tab file switching, and split diff views.
Touch-tailored cursor handles, Prettier auto-formatting, and fuzzy file search across codebases of any scale.
Bundled locally on-device for instantaneous launch without external CDN dependencies.
🌐 Direct Native SSH & Background Persistence
No heavy third-party server daemon required:

Zero-Setup SSH/SFTP: Connect to any standard SSH server using password, private key, or Tailscale mesh networking.
Unbreakable tmux Resilience: Remote sessions automatically reattach to persistent tmux instances upon reconnection—network drops never kill your running compiler or agent task.
True Android Foreground Service: Prevents OS battery optimization from killing your active remote connections during long-running builds and agent loops.
📱 Live Build & Preview Panel
Preview web applications as you build them. Test responsive designs with integrated viewport presets (mobile, tablet, desktop) and inspect build logs in real time.

Designed for Developers on the Move
Material Design 3: Complete with dynamic Material You theming and high-contrast OLED dark modes.
Cross-Platform: Seamless experience across Android phones, tablets, foldables, and modern web browsers.
Say goodbye to clunky SSH clients and makeshift mobile editors. Code, debug, and pair-program with autonomous agents wherever you are with Viber.
