Turn the phone in your pocket into a professional wireless barcode scanner.

Barcode Bridge reads 1D and 2D barcodes with your camera and sends each scan instantly to Barcode Bridge Station running on your Windows, macOS, or Linux computer. No dedicated scanner hardware. No cables. No cradle. No IP addresses to configure.

Pair in seconds by scanning a QR code shown on Station. From that point on, every barcode you scan with your phone arrives on your PC in under a second over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

WHAT YOU CAN SCAN

• EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, ITF, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, Codabar
• QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec
• Works with the standard camera on any modern phone or tablet
• Supports enterprise mobile computers with built-in laser or imager hardware
• Manual entry fallback when a code can't be read optically

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SCAN

Once a barcode reaches Station on your PC, the workflow engine takes over. Configure rules once and let every scan drive real work:

• Type the barcode directly into the application that has focus (works with any inventory, ERP, POS, or order-entry software)
• Append a row to a local Excel file or a live Google Sheet
• Send an email through your SMTP server
• POST to any REST endpoint or webhook
• Route scans differently based on which application is in focus on your screen
• Match on barcode pattern, device, or batch and chain as many actions as you need

No coding required. No cloud account required. Your scan data travels directly between your phone and your PC on your own network.

WHY OPERATORS LIKE IT

• Use the phones your team already carries — zero hardware cost
• Replaces dedicated cordless 2D scanners that retail for $500 to $1,200 per unit
• Multiple phones can pair to one Station at the same time
• Organize scans into named batches for structured collection sessions
• Audio confirmation beep so operators keep their eyes on the work
• Offline scan queueing — scans sync when the connection comes back

• Retail and pop-up shop point of sale
• Library check-in / check-out and equipment loans
• Manufacturing serial-number capture
