Trails AMS is aircraft maintenance management software for aircraft operators, engineers, pilots and maintenance providers.

The Trails AMS mobile app provides an easy-to-use mobile platform for the parent Trails AMS SaaS system, helping authorised users access important aircraft, maintenance and operational information wherever they are working. It is designed to bring key parts of the desktop software into a streamlined mobile experience for day-to-day use in the hangar, office or field.

Built for aviation maintenance workflows, Trails AMS helps teams manage aircraft, components, maintenance tasks, records, flight bookings and operational visibility from one secure, account-based platform.

With Trails AMS, users can stay connected to their organisation’s aircraft maintenance environment and keep important information moving between operators, pilots, engineers and maintenance providers.

Key features include:

• Access real time aircraft status
• Log flight information for instant aircraft utilization tracking
• Use the flight booking calendar to plan and coordinate aircraft usage
• Support maintenance planning and tracking
• View and manage maintenance work packs
• Assist engineers with maintenance review and sign-off workflows
• Support engineer sign-off using digital signatures
• Receive relevant operational notifications
• Keep maintenance records and workflows connected across the organisation
• Support role-based access for operators, pilots, engineers and providers

Trails AMS is designed to make aircraft maintenance information easier to access on mobile devices, reducing the need to rely only on desktop access when working around aircraft or coordinating maintenance activity.

The app supports professional aviation workflows such as maintenance coordination, work pack visibility, record review, aircraft availability planning, and communication between the people responsible for keeping aircraft maintained and operational.

Trails AMS is intended for authorised Trails AMS account holders. A valid Trails AMS login is required to use the app. Features available to each user may depend on their organisation, role permissions and enabled SaaS modules.

Whether you are an aircraft operator managing availability, a pilot checking aircraft booking information, an engineer reviewing maintenance tasks, or a maintenance provider coordinating work packs, Trails AMS helps keep aircraft maintenance information organised, accessible and connected.
