IntuitU is a modern, cloud-based platform designed to streamline vessel operations while strengthening collaboration between ship and shore teams.
Built for the realities of modern maritime operations with transparent operational visibility at its core, it combines structured operational tools with a human-centric communication layer — enabling crews, technical teams, and management to stay connected, informed, and aligned at all times.

Why IntuitU
Shipping operations depend not only on systems and processes, but also on people. IntuitU bridges the gap between operational execution and human connection by bringing work updates, communication, and collaboration into a single, secure platform.
Whether at sea or ashore, teams stay connected through real-time information, shared visibility, and meaningful interaction — reducing silos, improving overall operational awareness, and eliminating reliance on scattered messages and informal channels.

Key Features
➨ BridgeTalk – The Social & Communication Hub
BridgeTalk is an internal social feed designed specifically for maritime teams.
It enables crew members, officers, and shore staff to share updates, observations, and experiences in a familiar, social-style feed.
Beyond operational updates, BridgeTalk encourages engagement by allowing crews to:
• Share onboard moments and updates
• Communicate across vessels and departments
• Strengthen connection between ship and shore
• Improve transparency and morale
It creates a digital bridge between people, not just systems.

➨ Ship Defects Management
Log, track, and manage vessel defects efficiently. Crew members can raise defect reports directly from the vessel, attach photos and videos, and update status in real time.
Technical teams can review, verify, and close defects remotely, ensuring transparency and faster resolution cycles.

➨ PMS Workplan & Execution
Plan and execute daily maintenance and operational tasks with structured workflows.
Crew members can create workplans, assign and complete PMS jobs, attach evidence, and track progress, while shore teams gain real-time visibility into vessel condition and task status — all within a structured workflow designed to support compliance and operational discipline.

➨ Near Miss & Incident Management
Record and manage incidents, accidents, and near misses as they occur onboard through a structured reporting workflow.
Crew members can report incidents and near misses, capture relevant details and supporting evidence, and track each report through its lifecycle. QHSE teams can review and verify reported cases, take the necessary actions, and close reports once the required process is completed — ensuring better visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement in vessel safety.

➨ Cloud-Based & Always Available
All data is securely stored in the cloud, ensuring:
• Real-time access from ship or shore
• Reduced dependency on manual reporting
• A single, reliable source of truth for all stakeholders

IntuitU brings together people, processes, and data — creating a smarter, more connected maritime operation. • A single, reliable source of truth for all stakeholders
