Build My Club puts you in charge of a grassroots football club with one mission: discover raw talent, shape it into something extraordinary, and build a dynasty that lasts generations.

This isn't a game about clicking through menus — it's a deep, strategic simulation where every decision has consequences. The players you sign, the coaches you hire, the facilities you build, the contracts you negotiate — they all feed into a living, breathing football ecosystem that runs entirely on your device, even offline.

THE PERSONALITY MATRIX
Every player is driven by an 8-trait personality engine: determination, professionalism, ambition, loyalty, adaptability, pressure handling, temperament and consistency. An ambitious player might push for a move if you're stuck in the lower leagues. A loyal veteran might take a pay cut to stay. Every signing is a calculated risk.

BUILD FROM THE BOTTOM UP
Start at the lowest tier of your national pyramid and climb. Scout youngsters from across the world, bring them through your youth ranks, and decide when to cash in — or hold on and build a title contender. Promotions, relegations, transfer windows and rival clubs that sim their own seasons create a world that moves with or without you.

RUN A REAL SCOUTING OPERATION
The Scouting Hub turns recruitment into a pipeline: a directive-filtered feed of performers worth watching, shortlist tiers to track interest before you commit, and an escalation ladder when your Director of Football flags a signing above his pay grade. The transfer market behaves like a market — wages decay the longer a free agent goes unsigned, prices jitter, and you read real willingness signals before you table an offer.

HIRE A BACKROOM YOU CAN TRUST
Hire a Director of Football, a Facility Manager and a Chairman, and hand each the repetitive calls that used to be yours: the DOF works your shortlist and handles routine signings, the Facility Manager keeps upgrades and repairs moving, and the Chairman takes budget rebalancing, investor offers and contract admin off your desk. Every handover is opt-in, toggle by toggle — nothing gets waved through outside the limits you set. Build a sharp staff and the routine runs itself; the big calls are always yours.

MANAGE EVERY INCH OF THE CLUB
Upgrade facilities for better training and matchday revenue. Negotiate coaching and scouting contracts with sign-on fees and severance clauses. Secure sponsors, investors and loans to fund your ambitions. Every pound counts — mismanage your finances and the sack comes quickly.

CUPS & TOURNAMENTS
Enter knockout competitions alongside your league campaign — pay the entry fee, track your bracket round by round, and chase the prize pot to the final. Get notified the moment your next round is drawn, and build a permanent archive of every tie you've played.

ANSWER TO THE OWNER
Each pre-season you agree a mandate with your manager: league targets, transfer spend, style. Miss it and the pressure builds. Hit it and you earn the freedom to build your way.

DEEP SIMULATION, OFFLINE FIRST
The entire game loop runs on-device. Weekly ticks process matches, player development, staff morale, social dynamics and finances without a connection. Back online, progress syncs for leaderboards and career milestones.

A LIVING WORLD
NPC clubs don't just sit there — they build squads, make transfers and compete in their own leagues. Browse the full pyramid, inspect rival rosters, and track where your sold players end up.

NARRATIVE EVENTS & SOCIAL DYNAMICS
Squad life generates stories: cliques form, altercations flare, breakthroughs happen, event chains unfold over weeks. Take the squad on excursions to repair morale and forge bonds — or let the dressing room fracture.

A CAREER THAT LASTS
Trophies fill your museum. Appearances and season stats are kept for every player you've developed. Retire the legends, promote the next generation, and see how far the club goes.

Your club. Your talent. Your dynasty.
