Sick Savvy is a food diary for when you feel sick after eating and cannot tell which ingredient it was.

Log the meal. Note how it felt, and roughly when. Sick Savvy looks back at the ingredients that came before.

Log a meal
Name it, scan a barcode, or photograph the ingredient list. Those ingredients stay on that meal. In the diary, a meal shows the name, the time, and whether you felt sick. Open it when you want the detail.

Known culprits
Add something you already know you react to. It joins your known culprits. The shop scanner can then say whether a product contains it.

In progress
The diary can assess ingredients that keep showing up before you feel sick. Three assessments stay in progress at a time, starting with the strongest pattern. You can mark one as something you react to, or rule it out. Ruling one out, or moving one to Known, starts the next.

Shop scanner
Point the camera at a barcode. A tick means none of your known culprits were on the label. A cross means one was. A tick is not a medical all-clear, and it is not a promise the food is safe.

Each check has its own light, including NOVA. NOVA is a processing category. Group 4 is ultra-processed. If a product has no published group and the rules do not decide, Sick Savvy does not guess.

Share a shop check
You can share a code so another person's shop scanner says whether you can have an item. They see your name and a yes or no. They do not see your ingredients, meals, symptoms, or medicines. You can revoke the code.

Medicines
A medicine you log can be matched to the public TGA recall list. That list is not personal medical advice, and it is not a dose.
