Otto is a workout planner and training coach that builds your week of strength and running around your recovery (HRV, sleep, resting heart rate) and the free time in your Google Calendar. It reads your data from Garmin or Android Health Connect, and every approved workout lands on your calendar, and on your watch as a structured workout if you train with Garmin.

Otto reads your recovery data — HRV, sleep, resting heart rate, and recent activity, straight from your phone (Health Connect) or from your Garmin — checks the open windows in your Google Calendar, and builds the coming week to fit: eased when you're run down, pushed when you're fresh, and scheduled in the gaps you actually have. You review the plan, approve it, and it lands on your Google Calendar, and on your Garmin watch if you have one.

This is not another workout generator, diet coach, or rep logger. It's for people who want the plan handled: built fresh every week, shaped by how you're actually recovering, and slotted into your real life instead of fighting it.

What you can do:
- Review this week's plan, day by day, on your phone
- Read Otto's coaching note for the week — the reasoning behind the plan, written from your actual numbers — tucked into a quick expand so it stays out of your way after the first read
- Approve, regenerate with feedback, or move a session to a different day
- Short on time? Tell Otto how many minutes you have and it condenses that session to fit, keeping the work that matters
- Swap any movement in an upcoming session for one that suits your equipment or how you feel, in one tap
- Push approved sessions to your Google Calendar, and to your watch as structured workouts if you train with Garmin
- See 30 days of trends: HRV and resting heart rate from either source, plus sleep score and body battery with Garmin
- Track strength history: personal records and weekly training volume, from sets logged on a Garmin watch
- Get a notification when your week's plan is ready or when your Garmin connection needs reconnecting, and turn plan-ready alerts on or off anytime from Settings
- Your plan still generates even if Garmin is unreachable, with a clear label showing how fresh the data is
- Connect and manage your Garmin, Health Connect, and Google Calendar links from Settings
- Delete your account and all its data at any time

Otto is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It reads fitness and recovery data you already have — on your phone or your Garmin — to plan workouts, nothing more.
