Made for people who want to get back into their life.

Start with a Burst: a ready-made morning, afternoon or evening built around activities that stand up to scrutiny. All the details are worked out. You just pick one and get into it.

Then hold on to the activities you want to keep doing to meet the goals you care about. Get feedback after every session and understand your wins with research-based feedback. Just keep turning up. Good weeks, bad weeks, it doesn't matter. Your personalised check-in will help you work out the smart changes to make.

START WITH A BURST

Everywhere you look, someone's got a routine and they're sure it's the one. Doing something good for yourself shouldn't mean knowing how to put a routine together, or following some intense protocol that's never going to work for you.

• A Burst turns the kind of routine you'd normally screenshot and forget about into something you schedule and do. Nothing in it is random. The activities, order, timing and the guides you'll need are all worked out for you.
• Try a few and you start getting a feel for what suits you: what clicked, what helped you feel better, what you would do again.
• It's a routine to try while you're working out what suits you. Bearmore helps you keep going, whether that means another Burst, a plan you can keep turning up for, or a single activity you want to revisit.

Do one and you have more than a session logged. You have a morning, afternoon or evening worth bragging about. Do a few and you have the start of knowing what's going to work for you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Try Bursts. They're free and every detail is worked out.
2. Use guides for 46 activities, from 3 minutes to 3 hours.
3. Work out which activities you want to keep doing.
4. Decide what matters. Your goals in your words.
5. Turn your activities, goals and time into a game plan.
6. Understand your wins with research-based feedback.
7. Just keep turning up. Good weeks, bad weeks, it doesn't matter. We'll help you know what to do next to keep moving in the right direction.

BUILT FOR YOUR LIFE

Even with the best intentions, life can get in the way. When work blows out, family stuff happens, and you're tired, you don't have to put it all on hold. Instead, flex for the situation and do what's possible. That's the smart move.

• Choose short purpose-built guides for your activities when time is tight
• Ditch the guides and do it yourself when you know what you're doing
• Swap to something less demanding on the harder days, then step it back up when you've got more in the tank
• Dial the pace back for a full fortnight if life is hitting you from every angle

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

• Bursts you can do in a morning, afternoon or evening, solo or with someone
• Evidence-backed activities, linked to tangible benefits
• Clear, plain-language guidance, so you know what to do and why
• Feedback shaped by your session data, not generic advice
• Early wins and numbers you can make decisions with
