There are too many fitness apps that want you to sign up, subscribe, and hand over your data before you've even touched a barbell. Repova is different.

Open the app. Start lifting. That's it.

Repova is a gym workout tracker built for people who take their training seriously. Whether you're running a structured powerlifting program, following a push/pull/legs split, or just showing up and grinding through your own routine — Repova gives you the tools to log it, review it, and improve over time.

No accounts. No subscriptions. No cloud sync. Everything lives on your phone, in a local database that only you can access.

PLAN YOUR TRAINING

Build your own workout routines from scratch. Add as many exercises as you want, set your target sets and reps for each one, and organise everything the way your training actually works — not the way some template tells you to.

Your plans are saved and ready to go every time you open the app. Switch between routines, edit them on the fly, or build new ones as your training evolves. There are no limits on how many routines you can create.

──────────────────────

LOG YOUR SESSIONS

Start a session from your routine and log each set as you go. Enter your reps and the weight you lifted, rest when you need to, and move on to the next exercise. The rest timer will vibrate when it's time to get back under the bar — no need to keep staring at your screen.

Every session is saved automatically. Nothing gets lost.

REVIEW YOUR PROGRESS

After your sessions add up, the Reports tab gives you a clear picture of how your training has been going. See your weekly volume, browse your session history, and check what you lifted across any exercise. The activity calendar shows your training frequency at a glance — an honest look at whether you're actually showing up as often as you think you are.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

Repova stores everything in a local SQLite database on your device. Your name, your lifts, your history — none of it ever leaves your phone. There are no servers receiving your data, no analytics tracking your behaviour, and no advertising engine profiling you based on your workouts.

The app does not require an internet connection. It works on aeroplanes, in basements, in gyms with no Wi-Fi — wherever you are.

──────────────────────

CLEAN, FAST, DISTRACTION-FREE

Repova is designed to stay out of your way during a session. The interface is clean and purposeful. Logs appear instantly. Navigation is straightforward. Dark mode is supported. There are no pop-ups asking you to rate the app mid-workout, no banner ads across the bottom of the screen, and no paywalled features waiting to surprise you.

What you download is the full app. Always.

WHO IS REPOVA FOR?

Repova is for anyone who lifts weights and wants to keep an honest record of their training. You do not need to be an experienced lifter to use it, and you do not need to be a beginner to find it useful. If you want a simple, reliable way to log your sessions and review your progress over time — without the overhead of a subscription service — this app was built for you.
