Millet is a warm, beautifully crafted take on Mancala — the ancient sowing board game — set across a golden African savanna. Scoop up the seeds from one of your pits and sow them one by one around the board, race to fill your store, and outwit a genuinely clever opponent. It is pure strategy: no dice, no luck, just you reading the board against a thinking rival.

Every match rewards planning. Land your final seed in your own store and you earn an instant extra turn. Drop it into an empty pit on your side and you capture every seed in the pit directly across from it. Empty your side and the remaining seeds are swept up — whoever holds the most when the board clears wins. Behind the scenes a minimax AI with alpha-beta search sows carefully, defends its stores and punishes greedy play, so every win is earned.

Follow The Ladder: a winding path of 40 rivals across five sunlit biomes — the Savanna Trail, River Bend, Market Row, Acacia Grove and the Sunset Hills — each opponent sharper than the last. Win cleanly by a wide margin to earn all three stars, chase ten achievements, and track your wins, captures and biggest landslides. Reskin the table with teak, clay, soapstone or ivory boards and set your favourite menu scene.
