Your hands are in a wall. The phone rings. You answer, promise to call back - and by evening two of those jobs went to someone else.

Swipcall is a contractor CRM and field service app that pops up on every call with the customer and your calendar, so you book the visit while you're still on the line. No app to open. No paperwork.

CALLER IDENTIFICATION FROM YOUR OWN CUSTOMER LIST
When you answer a call, Swipcall matches the caller's number against the customers saved in the app (then your phone contacts) and shows who is calling - by name - in the popup during the call and again when it ends, next to your free slots. It reads your phone's call log only to identify the caller and link the call to the right customer. No caller database and no online lookups - matching happens on your phone.

Most field service software is built for big crews and office dashboards. Swipcall flips it: a contractor CRM and scheduling app that lives inside your calls - made for one person on the road, with job scheduling and confirmations in one tap.

HOW IT WORKS
1. A call comes in - or you make one. A popup appears over any app, with the caller's history and your free slots.
2. Tap a time. The visit is booked. The customer hears "Thursday at 2."
3. Send a confirmation by WhatsApp, SMS or Telegram - one tap. Done before you hang up.

Didn't pick up in time? The popup is still there after the call - so you call back and book in seconds, before the job is gone.

WHAT YOU GET
• Appointment scheduling inside the call - your calendar and free slots, one tap to book.
• Customer and client management - a simple CRM for small business: names, history, addresses, notes, all on your phone.
• Job management without busywork - every visit and work order logged automatically from the call.
• Messaging that works - confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp, SMS or Telegram.
• Callback reminders that actually fire - "call them back in an hour," set from the popup.
• Keep personal calls out - one button marks a call "not a customer," so it never clutters your list.
• 30 languages, and your customer list stays on your device.

WHO IT'S FOR
Solo tradespeople and small crews (1-3): plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, HVAC techs, gas engineers, handymen, carpenters, painters, roofers and contractors. If you run your small business from your phone, Swipcall fits your day.

WHAT SWIPCALL IS NOT
No invoicing, no accounting, no estimates to chase. Swipcall does one thing well: it wins and books the job at the moment that matters - the call. Keep billing however you already do.
