NommAI is a free calorie and macro tracker powered by Grape and Plum, AI models trained by NommAI. Their model weights are publicly available. After setup, food-photo analysis runs on your phone, with unlimited local scans and no scan subscription.

TWO MODELS, YOUR CHOICE
Grape gives quick whole-meal calorie and macro estimates. Plum adds a food-by-food breakdown and takes longer, sometimes minutes on slower phones. Start with Grape and download Plum whenever you want more detail. Model sizes and estimated scan times are shown before you choose.

REVIEW, EDIT, SAVE
Take a meal photo or choose one from your library. Review the calorie, protein, carbohydrate and fat estimates. Correct portions, ingredients, oils or sauces, then save your meal and photo to your diary. Track daily totals against an editable calorie target.

LOCAL BY DEFAULT, BACKUP BY CHOICE
Keep your diary only on this phone, or sign in and choose cloud backup. Private backup keeps diary values until you delete them and cloud photos for the last 30 days. Optional training sharing lets you keep cloud photos without age-based expiry within the storage allowance, while allowing shared meal photos, estimates and corrections to improve NommAI models. Storage and upload limits apply. Training sharing is optional and can be withdrawn in Settings.

FREE ON-DEVICE AI
The current on-device models and tracking features are free. No paid hosted model is required to scan your meals. Public model weights and license details are available from the NommAI website.

Nutrition estimates can be wrong. NommAI is intended for adults and is not a medical device. Do not use its estimates for diagnosis, treatment or medication decisions.
