Stop guessing. Start deciding.

Cardinal AI gives dealers a clear Buy, Pass, or Cautious decision on every vehicle – at the appraisal desk, on the service drive, or at the auction block. Every decision is backed by live market data, triple-source valuation, and AI-driven margin projection. No gut feel. No second-guessing.

HOW IT WORKS

Cardinal Score: Every vehicle receives a Cardinal Score – a real-time composite of live market data, triple-source valuation (three independent industry benchmarks), and an AI-projected margin. You see what the car is worth and what you should pay for it.

Instant Decision: The app surfaces a clear Buy, Pass, or Cautious call alongside a recommended buy price. Your team spends less time debating and more time closing deals.

Mobile-First Appraisal: Built for the lot, the lane, and the service drive. Sales reps pull a full appraisal from their phone in seconds – no desktop required.

Dashboard Review Queue: Used Car Managers get a centralized queue to review, approve, and act on appraisals in real time. Full visibility across every sourcing channel, all in one place.

BUILT FOR

Sales Representatives – Run a complete, data-backed appraisal from your phone at the moment a customer hands over their keys. Walk into every negotiation with a number you can defend.

Used Car Managers – Review and manage your full appraisal queue from the dashboard. Set thresholds, override with context, and keep your inventory strategy on track without chasing down your team.

Dealer Principals – Monitor acquisition performance across your entire operation. See where margin is being made or missed, and hold every sourcing channel accountable to the same standard.

WORKS ACROSS ALL SOURCING CHANNELS

Auctions – Score vehicles before you bid. Know your ceiling before the gavel drops.
Trade-Ins – Appraise at the desk while the customer is standing in front of you.
Private Party Purchases – Consistent, data-driven decisions on every walk-in seller.
Lease Buybacks – Evaluate returning units against live market conditions instantly.
Service Drive – Identify acquisition opportunities from vehicles already on your lot.
