Concorde is the companion app for your employer-sponsored GLP-1 program, bringing your medication information, your coach, your health data, and your daily habits into one place.

Members get direct access to a dedicated health coach, a simple daily check-in, and a clear view of their progress over time. The goal isn’t just weight change. It’s building the habits that help maintain results after the program ends.

What you can do:
• Check in daily on mood, energy, and sleep in under a minute
• Message your health coach directly for support throughout your program
• Track habits and review your progress over weeks and months
• Connect compatible health apps and wearables through Android Health Connect
• Stay on top of your program requirements and next steps
• Access your pharmacy and medication information in one place

WHY WE USE YOUR HEALTH METRICS

With your permission, Concorde uses health measurements to help track your adherence to the Concorde program and keep your coach informed about your progress. Recorded measurements provide context for coaching conversations, helping you and your coach recognise consistent habits, discuss challenges, and identify areas where you may need support.

Available readings appear in Track → Daily metrics:

• Steps: daily step totals help you and your coach review your movement and progress toward assigned step habits.
• Active calories burned: activity-related energy expenditure, displayed in kilocalories (kcal), helps you and your coach compare your physical activity across days and discuss consistency with your program’s activity goals. This is separate from food intake and total daily calories burned.
• Heart rate: your recorded daily peak heart rate provides additional context for reviewing your activity with your coach. It is not used alone to determine whether you followed your program.
• Resting heart rate: changes over time help keep your coach informed about your recorded health measurements alongside your activity, sleep, and other program progress.
• Sleep: recorded sleep duration helps you and your coach review your sleep routine, discuss consistency with your sleep habits, and address challenges affecting your participation in the program.
Measurements depend on the data recorded by your connected apps and devices. Concorde reads these existing records rather than measuring them directly.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE

Connecting Health Connect is optional. You choose which Health Connect data categories you allow Concorde to access through Android’s permission controls. You can change or revoke those permissions at any time. Concorde cannot read a data category without your permission.

Concorde requests read-only access to steps, active calories burned, heart rate, resting heart rate, and sleep. Health Connect syncing runs while the app is open; Concorde does not request background-read access or write data to Health Connect.

You can disconnect in Settings → Connections to stop new syncing. To request deletion of your account and associated data, go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account. See our privacy policy for details about how your information is processed and shared to provide the service.

Concorde supports health tracking and coaching. It is not an emergency monitoring service or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Concorde is available to members through participating employers and health plans. You’ll need an invitation from your employer to create an account.
