Turn field photos into organized, professional documentation with JotCam — a GPS field camera built for construction, inspections, surveying, environmental work, and other field-based jobs.

JotCam captures the context that matters at the moment you take the photo. Stamp date and time, GPS coordinates, compass heading, project information, and field notes directly onto your images, creating photos that carry a useful record of where, when, and why they were taken.

BUILT FOR FIELD DOCUMENTATION

Whether you're recording construction progress, completing a site inspection, documenting environmental conditions, surveying a location, tracking deficiencies, or preparing a field report, JotCam helps keep every photo connected to the work it documents.

GPS, TIME, NOTES & FIELD DATA — STAMPED ON THE PHOTO

• Stamp date and time directly onto photos
• Add GPS coordinates in Decimal Degrees or UTM
• Display compass heading in degrees and cardinal direction
• Add a project or site label
• Add field notes directly to the photo
• Choose stamp position, text size, and light or dark styling

Instead of trying to reconstruct the context of a job-site photo days or weeks later, the important information can stay with the image itself.

PROJECTS, NOTES & ORGANIZATION

Keep field photos grouped by project or session instead of losing them in a general camera roll. Add session profiles to keep sessions handy when you return to the same sites. Add notes to captured or imported photos, use reusable note templates, filter your photo history, and move photos between sessions when plans change.

JotCam is designed to make field photo organization simple enough to use on site while keeping the information needed for professional records.

MARK UP WHAT MATTERS

Add arrows, circles, rectangles, and freehand markup to identify deficiencies, features, limits, damage, work areas, or other important details before the photo becomes part of your project record.

CREATE PROFESSIONAL REPORTS & EXPORT FIELD DATA

Turn project photos into organized documentation and export your field records in the format that fits the job.

Choose from three export types:

• PDF — create polished Field Reports or Photo Logs containing photos, notes, metadata, project information, and customizable company branding
• CSV — export structured field data for spreadsheets, logs, project records, and downstream workflows
• KMZ — export georeferenced field records for mapping and GIS workflows

JotCam includes two professional PDF report styles:

• Field Report — designed for detailed field documentation
• Photo Log — a streamlined photographic record

Customize your report templates with your company logo and company information so the finished document looks like it belongs to your organization rather than a generic camera app.

PDF reports can be exported in Letter or A4 format and prepared for clients, supervisors, contractors, internal records, or project files.

PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN

JotCam is built for professionals working with real project information. No account is required. There are no ads, analytics, or tracking.

Your photos, notes, project names, and location data stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
