Three months on the same program. Hundreds of sets in your notes. And when you ask yourself "am I actually getting stronger?", the honest answer is a shrug.

Liftvice is a strength training log that turns those sets into an answer. At the gym, you log faster than in a paper notebook. After the workout, you see what it added up to.

Before you ask: no ads, no account. The workout log is free and has no limits. You only pay if you want deep analytics - that's Premium.

AT THE GYM - FREE
• Log a set in seconds: weight, reps, RIR
• See your last session on every exercise, so you know what to beat
• Mark warm-up sets so they don't skew your stats
• Stopwatch for rest, plus notes per exercise (technique, setup) and per session
• Machine taken? Swap the exercise mid-workout - your plan stays intact
• Unlimited workouts, workout templates, and custom exercises
• Workout history with a calendar, 30-day stats overview, and your personal records
• Backup, export, and import; light and dark theme

This is not a demo. You can keep your gym log here for years and never pay a cent.

PREMIUM - NO MORE GUESSING
This is where your log starts answering questions.
• After each workout: a session debrief - score, fatigue, new PRs, plan compliance, and a rough recovery estimate
• For every exercise: your strength trend week by week - estimated max (e1RM), volume, top weight
• Every week: a coach-style summary - what worked, where fatigue is building, when to push and when to back off. Compare weeks side by side.
• Every month: a report and a comparison with the month before - your progress in black and white
• Before you commit to a new plan: template analysis - muscle split, strength vs. size bias, what each session costs you
• Training cycles with a goal and focus lifts - the app shows whether you're on track, stalling, or overreaching

Try Premium free for 7 days on the annual plan. Cancel anytime in Google Play. If you cancel, nothing disappears - your data stays, only the analytics views lock.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
Your workouts live in a local database on your phone, not on our servers. No account means no email and no password. It's an offline workout app - Premium works without internet too, even in a basement gym with no signal. It only needs a connection once every two weeks to confirm your subscription.

WHO IT'S FOR
People who lift regularly: at the gym, in the garage, at home. Bodybuilding, powerlifting, or just lifting for yourself. If you scroll through old notes and can't tell whether you're stronger than six months ago - Liftvice was built for you.

Log your first workout today. In a few weeks, you'll stop guessing.
