Homigo connects your home to the people who look after it. Tell us what needs doing, see the pros working near you, and book the one you want — all in one app.

BOOK A PRO IN MINUTES
• Search by service or browse categories: plumbing, electrical, cleaning, handyman, moving, landscaping and HVAC.
• See who is available near you, on a map or as a list, with distance, hourly rate, rating and reviews.
• Pick a date, time and address, add a note about the job, and send the request. No commitment until your pro confirms.
• Your pro confirms, declines, or proposes a new time — you decide whether to accept it.

STAY IN TOUCH, PRIVATELY
• Message your pro in the app once the booking is confirmed.
• Messages are end-to-end encrypted. They are unlocked with your password on your device, so nobody else — Homigo included — can read them.
• Compare security codes with your pro to confirm the conversation is private.

KNOW WHERE YOUR JOB STANDS
• Your pro checks in when they arrive and shares an estimate of how long the work will take.
• Before-and-after photos are attached to the job as it is completed.
• Push notifications keep you posted on confirmations, new times and finished work.
• Rate the job on quality, punctuality, professionalism and value, and leave a review that helps the next customer.

FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS
• List your business, the services you offer, your hourly rate and the area you travel to.
• Get job requests in your inbox and confirm, decline or propose a new time.
• Upload your licence and insurance documents for verification, and wear a verified badge on your profile once approved.
• Track new requests, confirmed jobs, completed jobs and your rating from one dashboard.
• A flat monthly subscription with no per-job commission — what a customer pays you is yours.
• Need work done at your own place? Providers can book other pros too.

BUILT FOR TRUST
• Ratings and written reviews on every provider profile.
• Report or block anyone, from a profile or an individual message.
• Delete your account and your data from inside the app, whenever you want.
• Privacy Policy and Terms are readable in the app, not just on the web.

SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE
