Fit For Coach is the personal trainer app for you and your clients. You plan the week, your clients train and log it, and you see everything in one place: no more spreadsheets, PDFs lost in WhatsApp or endless message threads.

FOR PERSONAL TRAINERS
- Let AI write the week: training and meal plans in minutes, then adjust them your way.
- Build plans exercise by exercise: sets, reps, target weight, rest.
- Copy a plan to other clients or a whole group, or save it as a template.
- Clients without the app? Send the weekly plan as a clean PDF.
- Run live sessions in person, even with several clients at once, with a built-in workout clock (AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, Tabata).
- See every logged session, personal bests and who needs your attention today.
- Statistics that follow each client's goal: weight loss, muscle, CrossFit, Pilates and more.
- Full Report: an AI-assisted review of a client's last eight weeks, with charts, also as a PDF.
- Comment on workouts and message clients in the app.
- Meal plans, hydration and weight tracking alongside the training.

FOR CLIENTS (always free)
- Open today's workout and start it: one screen per exercise, set by set.
- Log kg and reps as you go; the app pre-fills from the plan and the last session.
- Automatic rest timer after every set.
- Photo demonstrations for more than 800 exercises.
- The trainer's notes appear right at the exercise.
- Log weight, water and meals; the trainer sees the progress.
