Tailor Dock Shop keeps a shop's records in one place: customers, measurements, orders and payments.

Most shops still run on a register and a pile of slips. This replaces that. Take the order at the counter, record the measurements once, and everyone in the shop can see what is due and when.

CUSTOMERS
- Save each customer with phone number, address and photo
- Measurements are kept against the garment type, so the next order takes a minute
- Search by name or number
- Two customers can share a phone number without their records merging

ORDERS
- Add items, quantities and prices while the customer is still at the counter
- Photograph the fabric, or a design the customer has brought in
- Record a voice note when that is quicker than typing
- Move each order through Cutting, Stitching, Ready and Delivered
- Hand out the work: assign orders across your tailors and see who is carrying what
- Delivery dates show on the dashboard, and anything running late is flagged

LET THE CUSTOMER CHECK FOR THEMSELVES
- Send a tracking link with the order. The customer opens it and sees where their clothes have reached, without calling the shop
- The link shows the order and its progress only. No phone number, no address, nothing about other customers

HANDING THE ORDER OVER
- Every slip carries a code. At pickup, ask for that code and the last four digits of the phone number on the order
- Both have to match before the order can be handed over, so clothes do not leave with the wrong person

PAYMENTS
- Record the advance when the order is taken, the balance on delivery
- Outstanding amounts are visible per order and across the shop
- Save a receipt as a PDF, or send the order details on WhatsApp

STAFF, AND WORK SENT OUTSIDE
- Three roles: admin, counter and tailor, each seeing what that job needs
- A tailor opens an order and sees the garment, the measurements and the reference photos. The customer's name, phone number and address are not shown, and neither are payments. That matters when stitching goes to hired hands or to a tailor outside the shop
- A change made at the counter shows on the workshop floor straight away
- Notifications for new orders, status changes and payments

URDU AND ENGLISH
- Both languages throughout, including right-to-left layout in Urdu

WITHOUT A SIGNAL
- Orders and customers you opened recently stay readable offline, and sync once you are back online
