Lila MA3 Remote puts a grandMA3 lighting console in your hand. Walk the rig, focus fixtures, build looks and run playback from your phone or tablet, reading the live show.

It connects over your own network through a small plugin the app sends to the desk. Enter the six-digit pairing code the plugin shows and you are connected. Nothing goes over the internet.

PROGRAM

A command keypad that behaves like the console's own. A line waits for Please, and the desk's own pending text shows in front of yours, so you fire the line you can see.

- Numbers, At, Full, Thru, plus and minus, Please, Clear, Off and Backspace
- MA layer with Record, Fixture Type, Loaded and Hold
- Repeated presses walk the console's own cycles: Delete Remove Release, At Percent, At Normal
- Off Off opens the Off Menu; Clear held is Clear All; Align held is Align Off
- Please on an empty line repeats the last selection
- Mode keys for Highlight, Solo, Blind, Preview, Freeze and Select Fixtures, lit when the desk has that mode on
- Grand Master and Blackout faders that return to the console's values
- Macros that wait for Please land their text on the command line to finish

FIXTURES

- Groups as tiles you tap to select, with quick keys for At Full, Highlight, Previous, Next, Clear, Clear All, Oops and Set
- The console's color picker: hue and saturation with a brightness fader, reading the color the desk shows
- Live attribute encoders that follow your selection and show the desk's values, coarse and fine
- Feature group tabs that light when a fixture has active values
- Align modes, and fade and delay times where the desk carries them
- Lamp On, Lamp Off and Global Reset, as each fixture's own channel set

LAYOUTS

- Your rig drawn where it stands, from the show's own geometry
- Live levels and colors on every fixture, including running effects
- Tap to select; the selection reaches the desk as you build it
- Zoom, fit and clear, plus grid selection
- Tiles carrying a group, preset, macro or executor fire what the desk assigned them
- Quick keys under the plot

PLAYBACK

- Executor faders, buttons, X-keys and playback masters, on four tabs
- Page and wing navigation
- Flash, Temp, Black and Swap held while your finger is down, released when it lifts, always naming the page they were pressed on
- Assign a sequence, group or preset onto any key or fader
- Hold a tile for its options: cue list, store next cue, key and fader functions, delete
- Crossfade masters, speed and rate

POOLS AND CUES

- Groups, presets by feature, macros, MAtricks and sequences, laid out as the desk lays them out, with its own colours and appearances
- Preset tiles follow the desk's pool default: with fixtures selected they apply, with nothing selected they select the fixtures that can use them
- Cue sheet for any sequence, with its times and names

GAME CONTROLLER

Pair a Bluetooth controller and drive the rig with it.

- Sticks assigned to attributes, moving at a speed that follows how far you push, with a fine mode and a direction flip per control
- Buttons and triggers assigned to executor keys, groups, presets, Go, Highlight, Solo, Clear, Align, Set or any command you choose
- Learn mode assigns a control by pressing it
- Held executor keys always release at the desk

BUILT FOR A LIVE SHOW

Every command is checked at the console before it runs. The app never parks or unparks a fixture, never deletes a show, never shuts a station down and never commands other consoles on the session. A refused line comes back with the desk's own reason, and nothing the app sends leaves a question open on the console.

- grandMA3 console or onPC, version 2.4.2 or 2.5
