OPSanity is the mobile-first operations execution platform for frontline and field teams. Clock in, run your checklists, capture proof, and close out tasks — from one app, online or offline. Put Sanity back in OPS.

Built for retail, FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, facilities and field service teams who need every shift done right and provable.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Clock in and out with GPS geofence verification, so attendance is tied to the right site.
• Forgot to clock out? With your permission, OPSanity detects when you leave the site — even with the app closed — and automatically closes your shift at your actual departure time, pending manager approval.
• See your timesheet — gross, net, regular and overtime hours, per day.
• Manage your workforce requests — declare availability, request leave, and swap shifts.
• Run daily and ad-hoc checklists with photo evidence, signatures and barcode/QR scanning.
• Get corrective tasks created automatically when a critical check fails — nothing slips.
• Receive, track and complete tasks assigned to you, with status, priority and comments.
• Hand over cleanly between shifts with carried-over notes, tasks and incidents.
• Stay productive offline — your work is saved on-device and syncs when you reconnect.
• Get push notifications for your shifts and assignments.
• Work across multiple stores, regions and teams from a single login.

WHY TEAMS USE OPSANITY
OPSanity turns paper checklists and group chats into a single, accountable execution record. Managers see what was done, where, when and by whom — with photo proof and an audit trail. Workers get a fast, simple app that tells them exactly what to do this shift.
