Buy or sell land, plots and homes, or find a home to rent. Every property on Gmore is a video.

EVERY PROPERTY IS A VIDEO
Nothing goes up without one. Swipe and watch the place filmed on location: every room, the road outside, the view from the balcony, the condition of the land. You stop losing weekends to properties that looked nothing like their photos.

DO EVERYTHING FROM THE VIDEO SCREEN
While the video is still playing:
Map. See exactly where the property is and what is around it.
Photos. Open the full set when you want a closer look.
Chat. Message the owner or the agent and ask your question now.
Call. Talk to them directly, or ask for a call back.
Visit. Book a site visit at a time that suits you.
Offer. Send a price offer, or apply to rent.
No enquiry form. No waiting until tomorrow for somebody to ring you back.

IF YOU ARE BUYING
Apartments and flats, houses and villas, plots and land, farmland, shops, offices and warehouses. Explore the map to see what is for sale around you. Ask for what you want in your own words, the way you would say it out loud: a two bedroom apartment near a school with parking, or land with a water source close to the main road. Save a shortlist, compare the places you visited, and send an offer with your price and your timeline. Then follow the deal from offer to agreement without guessing where it stands.

IF YOU ARE RENTING
Rental homes carry the same video, so you know the place before you travel to it. Apply to rent from the video screen, chat with the owner or the agent, and book a viewing at a time that suits you.

IF YOU OWN THE PROPERTY
Most properties go to market as a few phone photos and a line of text, and then the owner waits. Gmore does the opposite. Answer a few questions in the app, see your price before you pay, and pick a day for our videographer to visit. We film your property properly, edit it into a video that shows the place at its best, and put it in front of the buyers and tenants already searching in your area. Buyers contact you directly, and there is no commission.

Once it is live you can see how many people watched your video, saved it and shared it. Offers and rental applications arrive in the app with the price and the timeline attached, so you compare them side by side instead of trying to remember phone calls.

IF YOU ARE AN AGENT
Listing is free for verified agents. Build a verified profile with your photo, your areas and your record. Take buyer and tenant enquiries, manage your site visits, track every deal in one pipeline, and see how your listings are performing.

BUILT FOR YOUR MARKET
Prices show in your currency. Rent is quoted the way your market quotes it. Land is measured in the units you actually use, from square feet and square metres to acres and hectares.

ALERTS FOR YOUR AREA
Know when a new property is listed where you are looking, when a price is reduced, and when something you were watching is sold or rented.

DECIDE TOGETHER
Property is a family decision. Invite your partner, your parents or your children into a shared search, save a shortlist together, and let everyone watch the same videos.

VERIFIED AND SAFE
Owners and agents can verify their identity with a government ID, and a verified profile carries a badge. Every agent and every listing has a Gmore ID you can look up and share. Anything that looks wrong can be reported, and our team reviews it.

Buy, sell or rent. Watch the video first.
