OSD (On Site Digitalization) was developed in response to the continuously growing demand from the logistics sector. The desire to work more efficiently while ensuring safety is becoming increasingly important for transport companies. That is why OSD was designed and created together with – and by – the logistics industry.

What can OSD do for you:
- No more paperwork: Everything is digital.
- Safety in your pocket: Instead of thick manuals, the driver receives the exact safety rules for each location directly on their screen.
- Always up-to-date: If rules change somewhere, the app updates them immediately.
- Fast and simple: Because everyone works in the same system, communication lines are short and everything moves much faster.
In short: less hassle, more safety and significant time savings.

For the Shipper:
- Safety on autopilot: No more hassle with paper instructions at the gate. The app ensures that every driver entering your premises immediately receives the correct safety rules on their screen. This way you know for sure that everyone is informed about your latest guidelines.
- Back office gets breathing space again: Because everything is recorded digitally, that pile of administration disappears. You can see in real time what is happening, without having to chase things by phone or email.
- Always ‘audit-ready’: Do you need to demonstrate that you comply with requirements such as SQAS or GMP+? The app keeps all checks and data neatly organized. This means the evidence is ready at the push of a button.
- Maximum efficiency: You can see exactly who is on site and when. This ensures faster throughput at your location and less waiting time. In fact, OSD ensures that you remain in control and can focus on your core business, while the system does the heavy work.

For the Carrier:
- No surprises at the customer: Your driver receives the correct instructions and safety rules for the loading or unloading location directly via the app. No more searching for parking areas or unclear walking routes; everything is clearly shown on the screen.
- Back office turbo: Forget about scattered paperwork. Everything is handled digitally and is immediately visible. This saves hours of administration and manual data entry.
- Safety without paperwork: You easily comply with the strictest safety requirements (such as SQAS or GMP+). The app secures the checks, so you have clear proof that you are working according to the rules, without it costing extra time.
- Faster turnaround time: Because the shipper knows exactly when you will arrive and the administration is already prepared, you spend less time waiting at the gate. And as we know, time is money.

In short: OSD removes the grains of sand from the machine, allowing you to operate more efficiently and safely.
