Strength training without living in the gym.

TENSION is a focused workout tracker and strength-training guide based on High-Intensity Training (HIT) principles. Complete a weekly Big Five workout, measure time under tension and compare each session with your previous performance. All in about 10 minutes per week.

Train smarter, not longer

TENSION removes the complexity of traditional workout-planner apps. Instead of long routines and endless exercise choices, you get a simple, repeatable strength workout built around controlled effort, consistent form and measurable progression.

The Big Five workout

Train the major muscle groups with five compound movements:

• Seated row
• Chest press
• Pulldown
• Overhead press
• Leg press

Complete one focused working set for each exercise. Your total workout time may vary depending on equipment availability, setup and rest.

Track time under tension

Use the built-in timer to record the duration of each working set. TENSION keeps your previous weight and time available, helping you compare sessions and maintain a controlled, consistent training approach.

See your strength progress

Review your workout history, personal records and exercise performance over time. Use your previous results to make informed progression decisions and understand changes in weight, time under tension and effort.
