Talk to your ERP in your own language and get instant answers. Aski is an AI-powered conversational assistant for anyone who uses Odoo, SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business One: instead of navigating menus or building reports, just ask —by text or voice— and get the answer in seconds, with tables and real figures. It also computes the KPIs you'd normally ask an analyst for, tells you where to act, and keeps an eye on your figures while you work.

Check your business without opening the ERP:
"How much did I sell this quarter?" · "Which invoices are overdue?" · "What are my days sales outstanding?" · "Top 5 best-selling products".

🔹 ODOO AND SAP — WHATEVER YOUR SETUP
• Odoo Community and Enterprise, versions 14 and up (API Key authentication)
• SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One
• Standard modules: sales, accounting, inventory, CRM, HR, projects, POS…
• OCA modules, and your custom developments and fields
• Multiple instances and companies from a single app (Pro plan and up)

Aski discovers your instance live and adapts to it, with no rigid structure imposed.

🔹 MANAGEMENT KPIs, INSTANTLY
• Days sales outstanding (DSO) and receivables aging
• Delinquency rate, and overdue vs. current receivables
• Gross margin, average ticket and month-over-month growth
• Conversion per rep and weighted pipeline by stage
• Cash runway, and how much of your revenue rides on a single customer
• Products that aren't moving and customers who stopped buying
And not just the number: also what to do about it, prioritized.

🔹 IT KEEPS WATCH FOR YOU
• A morning summary of your key figures, and an end-of-day recap of what actually moved
• Watchers with a threshold: Aski stays quiet until a figure crosses your limit — or until it rises or falls more than a % versus the previous reading
• Reminders for records that need you: invoices coming due, late deliveries, quotes with no reply, overdue activities, products to reorder, orders awaiting approval
• Scheduled reports emailed to whoever you choose
(Scheduled alerts and watchers: Pro plan and up. The morning summary is included from Basic.)

🔹 ASK IT ON WHATSAPP
Message Aski's number and it answers with your ERP figures: same connection, same permissions, read-only. Your morning summary and end-of-day recap arrive there too.
A separate add-on, from the Pro plan: US$ 19.99 a month or US$ 199.99 a year per number. No plan includes it; every other alert keeps arriving by push, at no extra cost.

🔹 ACTIONS ON YOUR ERP (Enterprise Plus)
Aski can also act, always the same way: it shows you what it is about to do and on which record, waits for your confirmation, and leaves a trace. Send a collection reminder, approve or reject a purchase order, mark an opportunity won or lost, reassign an owner, close or reschedule an activity.

🔹 WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Deep Mode with AI reasoning (Pro plan and up): multi-step analysis, rankings and comparisons
• The chart comes inside the answer, and "how it was calculated" opens the detail
• Reliable figures: verified against your ERP, totals by currency (never mixes USD/EUR/local) and dates in your timezone; if something can't be answered with certainty, it says so — no made-up data
• Your key figures on the home screen widget, without opening the app
• Share by link, export to Excel or send by email

🔹 SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Your Odoo or SAP credentials are encrypted on the device and server with AES-256
• All traffic over HTTPS / TLS 1.2+
• Read-only by default: Aski does not create, modify or delete anything. Acting on your ERP exists only on Enterprise Plus, and only after you confirm each action
• We don't share your information or use it to train AI models
