Did I actually take it?

DoseState is the medication reminder and dose tracker built for that exact moment. Start a dose when you begin, confirm it only when it is done, and keep Unsure visible when memory is not enough.

No account. No ads. Your medication schedules and history stay on your iPhone unless you choose to export them.

KNOW WHAT HAPPENED
• Separate starting from confirming, so beginning a dose never creates a false checkmark.
• Record Confirmed, Unsure, Not taken, Skipped, Partial, or Missed.
• Track multi-step doses - such as two inhaler puffs, one unit at a time.
• See what needs attention now, what comes next, and what you recorded before.

REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY
• Create schedules for medications, vitamins, and supplements.
• Choose Quick, Confirm, or Keep asking for each routine.
• Receive local reminders and snooze when you need more time.
• Choose Full, Generic, or Hidden lock-screen details.
• Keep using Today and History even when notifications are off.

A CLEAR, CORRECTABLE HISTORY
• Review dose states and timestamps in a readable timeline.
• Correct a record without hiding the change history.
• Pause or resume schedules without losing records.
• Export a readable PDF when you choose.

EASIER TO START
• Follow a clearer first-use experience and smoother medication setup.
• Try a safe practice confirmation before using the flow for a real medication - nothing is added to history.
• Use DoseState in English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, or Ukrainian.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Medication schedules and dose records are stored locally on your iPhone. DoseState has no account, advertising, analytics, cloud sync, or remote health-data backend in this version.

DoseState is an external memory, not a clinical verification system. It records schedules and actions you enter; it does not independently know whether medication was taken and does not provide medical advice.

If you are unsure whether to take, repeat, or skip a dose, follow your medication instructions or your clinician's advice.
