Ditch the Paper Journal. Stay Compliant. Save Hours Every Week.

NotaryAct is the original and most trusted electronic notary journal — built by notaries, for notaries. Since 2011, over 25,000 notary professionals and more than 1 million journal entries later, no other Notary eJournal app comes close.

📲 SCAN. TAP. DONE.
Stop handwriting names, addresses, ID numbers, and expiration dates. Simply scan the back of a signer's driver's license and NotaryAct instantly pre-fills the entire journal entry accurately, in seconds. No typos. No missed fields. No delays.

🔒 STAY COMPLIANT - EVERYWHERE IT COUNTS
NotaryAct creates sequential, non-modifiable, time-stamped, GPS-tagged notary journal records that meet state notary laws and National Mortgage Settlement requirements. Your entries are protected with AES-256 encryption the same standard used by the U.S. government for classified information both at rest and in transit.

☁️ YOUR NOTARY RECORDS, ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE
Your entire notary record keeping history lives securely in the cloud, not just on your device. Access, search, and print any journal entry from any browser, anytime. If you lose your phone, your records are safe.

✍️ CAPTURE EVERYTHING THE RIGHT WAY
- Scan signer ID to auto-fill entry details
- Capture thumbprint images for applicable document types
- GPS tag every entry automatically
- Timestamp locked, sequential records unalterable after creation
- Full journal search and export
- Share and print entries on demand
