OneTapReminder is a voice reminder app for everything you don't want to forget. Hold the microphone, say it, then pick a day and time. Speech to text turns your voice into a note, even offline, and the recording stays with the reminder, so the alert brings back your own voice memo. Prefer typing? Create a text reminder instead.

USE IT FOR
• Quick voice notes and to-dos: groceries, calls and errands.
• Appointments, bills and birthdays, with an alert at the right time.
• Ideas and voice memos you want to hear again, searchable by their text.

VOICE REMINDERS AND NOTES
• Hold to record, or tap for hands-free recording.
• Choose a reminder time while transcription finishes in the background.
• Keep the original audio and transcript together, or save a note without an alert.
• Search your history, edit notes, add multiple reminders and play back recordings while each word lights up in the transcript.
• Share a recording or automatically save M4A copies to a folder you choose.

OFFLINE SPEECH RECOGNITION
• Download a speech model once, then transcribe on your phone without an internet connection.
• Choose the recommended setup for your phone or explore other models.
• Hardware acceleration is used on supported phones; performance and accuracy vary by device, model and speech.

CALENDAR AND HOME-SCREEN WIDGET
• See recordings and reminders in a month calendar and daily timeline.
• Swipe between days, pinch to zoom and hold a reminder to move its time.
• Hold an empty timeline slot to start a reminder for that time.
• Add the Android calendar widget or home-screen recording shortcut.
• Choose how early to be notified.

SEVEN APP LANGUAGES
Use the interface in English, Swedish, Vietnamese, Spanish, German, French or Brazilian Portuguese. Follow your device language or choose one in Settings. App language and spoken transcription language are separate choices.

READ IT YOUR WAY
Choose dark or light mode and adjust the app text size. Calendar and daily views give your plans more room. Short visual guides explain recording, scheduling, widgets and audio files.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
• No app account, ads or analytics SDK.
• On-device transcription keeps your audio on your phone.
• Local notifications work without connecting a calendar account.
• Export and restore recordings, reminders and settings. Backups are unencrypted and can contain your optional API key; keep them private.
• Recordings remain until you delete them, subject to available storage.

OPTIONAL CONNECTIONS
Google Calendar integration saves events to your selected device calendar, which can sync through your calendar account.

Cloud transcription uses your own OpenAI API key and sends your recordings to OpenAI. OpenAI usage charges may apply. You can use a downloaded on-device model instead.

The initial model download needs internet access and contacts the model host, which receives connection and download-request information. See our privacy policy for provider metadata and optional transfers.

OneTapReminder is a one-time purchase with no app subscription. Transcription accuracy and alert timing depend on your speech, settings and phone. Some phones, including OnePlus with OxygenOS, can delay reminder alerts because of system power management.
