PartnerPath Hub is a local partnership desk. You keep partner profiles, deal stages, meetings, quotes, and relationship notes in a database on this phone or tablet. There is no CRM account or shared workspace.

Home totals active partners, open deals, the next stored meeting, and a weighted pipeline. Weighted pipeline for that screen is the sum of open-deal estimated value × probability ÷ 100. A stage bar groups stored deal values as Prospect, Discovery, Proposal, Negotiate, Won, or Lost. Those amounts change when you edit records; they are not fetched from elsewhere.

Partners can be added, edited, and deleted with organization type, Active / Prospect / Inactive status, website, address, notes, and contacts. Deals store a title, partner, stage, status, estimated value, probability, and expected close date. Marking a deal Won sets stage and status to Won and probability to 100 on the device.

Meetings store a title, partner, date and time, location, and agenda. Quotes calculate line totals from quantity, unit price, and an adjustment (tax is stored as zero). Changing a quote to Sent updates local status only. You can share a quote summary as plain text through the system share sheet. Call, email, and directions open other apps.

Quick actions also open the service catalog and an opportunity calculator. The calculator applies a fixed formula to estimated value, probability, strategic fit, relationship strength, effort hours, margin, and months to close, then saves a directional score. Timeline lists meetings, next actions, and notes already stored here. The in-app label “shared history” means one local history, not a shared account.

A first launch inserts a sample partnership workspace (example partners such as Harborline Referral Group) so the pipeline has numbers to show. The app does not send push reminders or connect to an external CRM.
